I was interested in trying to get, like, I was thinking to get like a fully loaded cab. So I was thinking maybe to buy like a brand new F-450 or, well this is a 550, right? So maybe like a 550 Elaria. And I was wondering if the suspension on it, right? To swap over the suspension onto the new truck. And then on the old one, we convert it into like a super single. Okay, so we have an old truck and a new truck. And you want to do what now? I didn't understand. Okay, so right now we have an old truck, right? We have an old 6x6. What I was thinking about doing was either buying like a 450 Platinum or a 550 Lariat. We swap the suspension for the 6x6 over to the new truck, right? And then on the old one, just convert that back into super single. Okay, so put the new suspension on, put the old 6x6 on a new truck and turn the old truck into a 4x4 super single. Exactly. Is the old truck getting a flatbed? Is it getting a flatbed? Are you putting a flatbed on the old truck? What are you doing with the old truck's battery? Are you putting a flatbed on the old truck? What are you doing with the old truck's bed? Oh, I was thinking about just getting like a regular pickup tray. Okay. A pickup bed or a pickup flatbed? We could do a pickup bed with a tailgate. Right, a normal bed. Well, you're going to have to create a new suspension, a new rear suspension. Why don't you do a short bed? Are you okay doing a short bed on the 6x6 or no? Well, I was thinking, right, on the 656, remember this truck that I have, it has an 11.5 bed. I was thinking if we just move this bed over. What year is the truck? It's a 17 at 550. Yeah, the bed is not the same on a 25. It's just not. The lines are different. Oh, the bed lines, okay. Is it... You're talking about the body lines? The body lines are not the same. From 22 to 23, they change. They're taller. Oh, okay. Okay. Is it possible that we could make, like, another tray or... We can do an 8-foot one, but I would definitely not like to do a 11.5. Okay. Oh, so we could do an 8-foot tray on the new 656. And, yeah, okay. And then maybe what we can do... Well, then again, what are we going to do with this tray? Oh, but then again, this frame is already long enough for this tray. So maybe we could keep this tray, but then it has double wells. Or maybe we can eliminate the double wells and probably make... I don't know. You tell me. You're the expert. What do you think? I would put a flatbed on both. I would do a new 656. And you can put an 8-foot body work that we already have on a new truck. Or you can put a flatbed on the old one and make it a 4-by-4. Or a pickup bed, a standard pickup bed on the old one and make it a 4-by-4 and shorten it up. Okay. Those are the options. The old one becomes a standard pickup, and the new one becomes a pickup, but only an 8-foot bed. The new 6-by-6 is an 8-foot bed. Okay. So we can get an 8-foot bed, and we can make it an 8-foot bed if I want. Yeah. Okay. All right. And I had another question, right? Do you ever do any, like, what do you call it, the triple cab? Six-door. Yeah, we've done six-door. Six-door. Oh, okay. But do you necessarily get the extra six-door, or, you know, how do you get that? We send it somewhere to, like, LB Customs or Super Trucks. We send it to somebody to do the six-door. Oh, okay. So that's another option we could do on the new 6-by-6. We could get a six-door, and we can get an 8-foot tray then. On the new one, yeah, we can do that. Yeah, okay. All right. Now, that sounds perfect. Now, if I get a 450 Platinum, right, would that work? Yep. Would that work to move over? Oh, okay. To a six-door, yeah. Yeah, and that will work with the existing suspension that I have, like, to move it over? Yeah, well, the six-door people, well, yeah. Yeah, the six-door people have to stretch the frame. So they got to do what they got to do, yeah. Let the six-door people do what they got to do, true. The six-door happens first, and then we do the 6-by-6. Oh, okay. But basically, like, I want you to use, like, you know, the parts that I already have. You know what I'm saying? Oh, yeah. Yeah. So I don't, you know, I'm trying to also, like, you know, save money at the same time too, you know? So you're going to go home with an older truck with an 8-foot bed with a 4-by-4 super single and a newer truck, a newer platinum, that's going to be a six-door, 6-by-6. Exactly. Exactly. Yep. And I can decide, you know, if we still have time to decide, you know, if I want to do a flatbed on one and an 8-foot tree on another or, you know, what have you. I would do an 8-foot bed on the 6-by-6 because it's going to be really long, and then an 8-foot 6-by-6, and then I would do a flatbed or a pickup bed on the older one. Yeah. Maybe I'll do a flatbed on the older one. Right, right. I might do that. Yep. Now, I know I won't hold you to it, right? But in terms of numbers, what are you thinking? The six-door conversion is done by five different companies. They all charge about $80,000, all in, all out, $80,000. That's what they charge. So no matter who does it, it's about $80,000. Ours is going to be labor by the hour, and I'm going to assume $50,000 to $75,000 because of the hours to do it. Not because of the parts, but because of the hours. Okay. Interesting. And then the parts is another thing. Yeah, it is. Okay. So all in all, I'm probably looking at about like a $160,000 bill. To $200,000, yeah. Look, it's all billable hours, though. It's not, you know, you can see exactly what happened and exactly what you're billed for and exactly when it happens, and you get photograph updates all the time. So there's no fuzzy numbers. You know, there's no questionable behaviors. Right. Okay. That's interesting. Well, obviously now the first step would be to get the truck down to you and then we take it from there. Yeah. All right. And then I'm sure when you see it, too, you'll get more of a closer estimate. Right, as to what needs to be done. Gotcha, gotcha. Okay. Well, this sounds good. So what I'm going to do is I'm just waiting on the insurance company, and we're going to ship this on. Once I get this shipped out to you, I'll let you know. Okay. Just send me an e-mail. When it's on its way, send me an e-mail, okay? And then that way I have record of it, okay? That way I can call somebody and they'll know and there's a record of this is the company carrying it. Because it's like this, you know, you want one guy to carry it from. Don't allow he's going to take it and then he's going to take it. Don't allow that, okay? Right, right. We want a straight ride. Yeah, don't allow dual carriers. Just get single carriers, straight door-to-door, okay? He has to agree to door-to-door before he gets something of that value, okay? Gotcha, gotcha. You don't want this thing disappearing into Mexico. And when they do two carriers, they're up to something shady, okay? Gotcha, no problem. And also, right, would you guys also happen to like help with the shipping if I need help with that? I just want you to find somebody that will carry it. We don't have a shipping operator right now. We just use Uship and we just, you know, call and see who's available to carry it. That's it. But you've got to talk to them about, you know, the destination, the weight, the length and all that thing because it is unique. Right. So, all right, I got you. No problem. So, basically, I just need to make sure I get a single carrier. I'll talk to them. I got you. Okay. And maybe, obviously, if I can get a single carrier, I'll have almost an exact ETA as to when it should get to you. Yeah, and, hey, a truck that valuable, you do have a tracker, a secret tracker on it, right? I don't, I don't, but I will. I want you to buy one. Listen, listen, you can buy those little $19.99 or $69.99 trackers that last for six months. Just go ahead and buy one of those, okay? Right, right. I'm going to put it on there and, yeah, at least I'll know where it is. Yeah, yeah, because insurance and all that, you need to track it. Listen, it's just that's so unique and so valuable. It's like hauling a Rolls Royce. You don't want to just hand that off to Joe Schmo, you know. Right, somebody I never heard of, but I don't know. Yeah, I actually, I didn't have it happen to me, but one of my competitors, they did that dual carrier and then the truck disappeared, and the last they've seen it's in Mexico stripped. Wow, damn. Yeah, because they hand it off, you know, and, oh, I don't know, he was the other carrier, you know. Right, right, and then where does that leave you, you know? Yeah, you're stuck. Just single carrier, insured, bonded, licensed, registered, you know, not just Joe Smith, you know, or Jose Smith, whatever, I don't care. Right, right. Definitely not the cheapest option out, right? Yeah, you want somebody who's got bonded insurance, they got all the things, you know. They're dedicated. They know what they're doing. They didn't just start yesterday, you know. Okay. I understand. Somebody experienced. Yeah, somebody experienced. There you go. Yeah. All right, Daniel. Well, thanks for answering my questions and for the advice, and I'll keep you posted. Okay, thank you. Thank you. All right, take care. Bye.
