What services does DBL Design offer?
Custom design and fabrication services, including lift kit installations, gears, wheels and tires, axles, fenders, brakes and more for individual and commercial clients.
What year and model trucks do you do installations on?
2017 or newer Ford F450, F550, Chevy 4500, 5500 and Dodge 4500 and 5500 trucks.
How do I request a quote for a project?
Visit our contact page or email/call us directly. Provide your project details including specifications, materials, and design preferences so we can prepare a detailed quote.
What is the typical turnaround time for a project?
Smaller projects may take 1-2 weeks from the time the vehicle is pulled into the bay, while larger, more intricate custom projects can take 4-8 weeks or longer.
Do you offer design consultations?
Yes, we offer complimentary design consultations. Schedule an appointment via email and work with our experienced designers to develop your project concept.
Can DBL Design handle custom projects?
Absolutely. Custom projects are a significant part of what we do. We work closely with clients to develop concepts and bring their vision to life.
What products do you work with?
We primarily use DBL Design-engineered products along with trusted brands like Bodyguard Bumpers, Warn Winch, Fox, Continental, and Goodyear.
Are your products and installations covered by a warranty?
Yes. Installation and parts come with a one year, 12,000 mile warranty.
How do you ensure the quality of your work?
We use rigorous quality control processes, high-quality materials, and state-of-the-art equipment. Every project undergoes thorough inspections before delivery.

Do you offer installation services?
Yes, we offer full installation services at our Hurst, TX shop. We also ship parts internationally for local installation by your preferred mechanic.
What are your payment terms?
We require a 50% deposit at the time of order. The balance is due upon completion. We accept credit cards, checks, or bank transfers.
How many trucks have you built?
Over 2,800 DBL Design custom trucks on the road worldwide.
What is your cancellation/restocking fee?
There is a 10% fee on the deposit on parts if cancelled before work starts or shipping.
How long is my quote good for?
Estimates or invoices are good for 30 days and then are voided from our system.
