Warranty Statement
DBL Design guarantees original purchasers that products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for specified periods. This coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear-and-tear.
Conditions That Void the Warranty
The warranty becomes invalid if damage results from:
- Misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Unauthorized accessories or modifications
- Improper installation or use of incorrect tools
- Environmental exposure (extreme weather, road debris, corrosive chemicals)
- Failure to maintain the product properly
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
- Removal or tampering with identification labels
Liability Limitations
DBL Design disclaims responsibility for incidental, consequential, or special damages. All implied warranties regarding merchantability and fitness for particular purposes are expressly excluded.
Warranty Claims Process
DBL Design will repair or replace defective products at its discretion. To file a warranty claim, you must:
- Be the original purchaser
- Submit proof of purchase
- Return products within 30 days (extensions available with prior approval)
- Cover return shipping and provide tracking information
Third-Party Components
Products may contain components covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. In such cases, the manufacturer handles warranty support directly.
